Payment System to Support Wired & Wireless Point-of-Sale Terminals
LAS VEGAS, NV – April 19, 2006 –
3Delta SystemsSM (3DSI), an integrated payment solutions leader, today announced that it has expanded its systems to support Internet Protocol (IP) retail Point-of-Sale (POS) and Mobile devices. The new capabilities will extend 3DSI’s proven Card-Not-Present multi-interface features to support IP-enabled terminals.
The ExaDigm XD2000 will be the first POS device to take advantage of 3DSI’s service. ExaDigm offers both modular and interchangeable communications modules and allow merchants to use the device for both wired and wireless transactions. This flexibility combined with the utility of 3DSI’s advanced reporting and user-management capabilities, provides the control, mobility, speed and convenience our customers demand.
The ExaDigm XD2000’s modular communications design offers merchants a choice of wireless carriers and provides customers a robust real-time POS solution with the freedom to process card-present payments without being limited to a fixed location.
